We are going to Alabama today for a family vacation and I am beside myself with excitement.
Take a hike! : The Audubon Society of RI has a cool new "Take to the Trails" Passport! as featured here on kidoinfo.com. Yesterday Captain Spectacular and a friend thouroughly enjoyed it and I felt marvelous being in nature with them. Also RI Families in Nature features monthly hikes, can't wait to check them out.

Margaret, I'm working on this painting of Rachel in the backyard and just had to use this painting as reference to get the tree and foliage right...you do it so beautifully!
